Over kitchen table - Fan with light or light only?

I am selling my house and I am replacing the bronze fan (w/light) over my kitchen table with something with brushed nickel. I have cherry floors and oak (honey) kitchen cabinets. I am having a hard time matching the fan blade color (unless I go with a brushed nickel blade color? - not sure how people like those, though). What's more important to you - having a fan over the kitchen table or would a brushed nickel light fixture be just as appealing?

Fan with light (brushed nickel blades with brushed nickel)

Fan with light (honey blades with brushed nickel)

Fan with light (cherry blades with brushed nickel) - I can't find any, though!

Brushed nickel light fixture only...I don't care for fans

I like fans but for your purpose I'd go with just a light. If they want a fan they'll install one.

Not sure I'd want a fan running and cooling my food.
