Obviously I'm not in your neck of the woods. But bulb foliage, even if a bit scorched by frost, is not a problem. The flower buds will still be snug down in the ground or deep in the leaves and I'm pretty sure they'll be fine.

Many of us across the country are experiencing situations similar to yours. We just have to try not to worry and have faith that it will turn out ok.

For most of them, the leaves will be fine. New ones will generate, and even the frost-bitten part will just die off while the leaf keeps growing and extending. However, if it's a bulb like a daffodil that sends up one flower stalk, then if that stalk is dead, there won't be another flower.

There won't be another flower until next spring if the flower stalk was affected this year.
