Need Help Designing a space for Double Ovens

Recently bought a 12+ year old home and the kitchen needs some updating. I would really LOVE double ovens, but we aren't going to be replacing the cabinets. Currently I have a wall unit: oven/microwave combo.
I was thinking of adding a brandnew range/rangehood where the burner unit is currently located. I would have one stand-alone oven and the oven/micro combo would, in theory, give me two ovens. (Which I would most definitely use!!)

My options are:
1 Redoing the entire cabinet section (having to go back and find the matching cabinets, which seems like it would be tough) and rebuild the section with a double oven unit. Then I would have no microwave.
2. Adding the extra oven, as mentioned above, with a decorative hood. We are also changing out the countertops (to granite), the backsplash, and leveling out the island with a beadboard trim.
or
3. Adding a double oven range where the cooktop is currently and re-structuring the cabinet section (that holds the wall unit) to only house a microwave.

It seems like it would be hard to go back and find the manufactured cabinets and replace them with a different structure all the while getting to to match? Anyone ever done this? Our cabinets are pretty nice and in great shape, we don't need to replace them!

WHAT WOULD YOU DO?? :)

THANKS!!

Ellen
