Humza Afaf, your description reminds me of the Golden Rain Bug. When these occur, they do so in large numbers and can be found considerable distances away from the tree with they are associated. I would look around the landscape to identify a particular plant with which the insect might be associated.

also ... have you IDd any damage due to such .... you need to compare their host plant.. with whatever plants you are concerned about ... e.g. if you are worried about your veg ... and they only bother trees or shrubs ... well ... let them at them ... most bugs dont really kill their host plants ...

we dont kill every bug in nature.. just for the heck of it.. we usually only do so.. when damage is apparent ...

also ... it is not uncommon.. at hatch stage that they seem to be everywhere ....

Humza afaf, I'm sorry that I don't recognize the insect at all. I feel like it may be a nymph of an insect that may end up looking quite different as an adult. Have you seen any other insects in the location, perhaps something with wings?
