KAR- Superbowl eats

KAR- Kitchen At Rest. I didn't want to hijack nightowl's thread, so here's mine. I say KAR, because most of the action took place on the smoker- ATB's, which are cheese stuffed jalapenos wrapped in bacon, and smoked hot wings. I marinate the wings for a couple hours in a hot sauce mixture, then smoke them for a couple hours. The kitchen did get some action; I made Cajun Meatballs, a new invention of mine, and some cornbread sticks to have something non-spicy on the menu.

Wonderful. Looks yummy. I hope the pup got a bit. Please post on the thread I started. No hijacked as I hoped others would share what they made.

Daisy did get a little sampling. I found her on craigslist. A young college couple couldn't afford to keep her. She came fully trained, and is a great little dog. When I work outside, she just hangs out and never runs off. She was named 'Kitune', which is Japanese for 'fox'. We joked that it sounded like 'Kitchenaid'. It's a terrible call name, and within a couple days, she knew she was 'Daisy'.
