The scentsy scent warmers, work well with a lot of the Downy Unstopables & Bounce Bursts. Do not try the Purex Crystals with them though :(

I have used the airwick snuggle scent (plug in) and really like that one too.

Mitch-exactly, you have to do it just right with 'dosing'! Larsi I have tried LFS in the Crockpot but that doesn't seem to work well. LFS out of the bottle just smells so good. Salonva I have tried the Snuggle too and it's pretty good!

Interesting..who would have thought to use the scent beads in a warmer. When dropping DD off at a friends, they had a plug in that smelled really good. Nothing too in your face, just a noticeably nice smell when you walked in their house.

always that's what I like. Just a light scent that just noticeable. When I put a bit of Clorox in a toilet bowl or wipe down my counters-perfection!!

I Scrub the inside and outside of my toilet daily with clorox regular. ..sparklng clean and clean smelling...were kinda twisted in here..LOL

I like reading these posts where you love the scent of bleach. I am with you. I love that scent. :) I think I like most linen scents (Febreze has one also one with Gain) and that is why I like the snuggle scented airwick. Mostly anything that suggests clean and clean laundry is heavenly for me.

I love the smell of the Febreeze with Tide. Smells really good.

That's ok Irish2! People either love bleach or cannot stand it! itguy-is that the spray Febreze with Tide? I tried it but wasn't my favorite. But you like that laundry scent too. I've seen on Amazon that there is even Laundry scented perfumes!

Yes, the Febreeze with Tide is the spray. It's a "Limited Edition" but I think it smells quite good.

mama-yes those men can do some laundry! Plus rebuild the washers, dryers and dishwashers-AMAZING!! Can you imagine having a basement full of washers and dryers!!

OK, all, I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news. All of the things mentioned - plug-ins, air wicks, fabric softener, regular Tide, Downy, scent beads, dryer sheets - all super toxic and super permating. As in, liver, endocrine, reproductive system, nervous system, cancer toxic. As in, causes harm to you and to others when you use them. I'd rather smoke a pack a day than be exposed to what you all are talking about, and I spent my entire childhood cutting out surgeon generals warnings from magazines to tape them where my smoker father would see them, hoping to prevent him from dying. When people use the things you're suggesting, it's not just private in your home. When you run your laundry with those products, guaranteed someone somewhere slams their windows shut and gets a migraine anyway. When you use those products and then go out in public, guaranteed someone somewhere has to leave because your products came with you and made them sick. I'm sorry to have put you in this position: you have this information and you can ignore it, but you can't unknow it. You know that if you are a kind person who does not want to cause harm, you need to find alternatives to harmful products, and that's a big hassle. But look at it this way: all you have to do to be a hero, an absolute hero, is go fragrance free with the products. If you want your house to smell good, bake cookies. They don't have to be homemade. Or put a pan of herbs or spices in water, and put it on the heater, or on a low flame.
