I love Vancouver Day from C2 for a nice neutral gray it is a true gray without the undertones that you often get with gray. Gray Owl from BM is lso nice but often a bit dark so maybe have it cut 25% at the paint store.

I like picture with beige but my husband doesn't like warm color. I found a picture from here that is using a color from Sherwin Williams "techno gray" I loved it cause it has a little bit of green but still in the gray family. I'm still not sure if it does go with the color of the wood floor cause the one in my house it's a little darker than the one that I found here. I hope it works together. The first picture is the one that gave me the idea and the other one is what I found. I'm still not sure if I should have an accent wall or everything with techno gray should be better. I was thinking to have a beige rug. Do you think it could work?

I like it but you may want to go a shade lighter. If you look closely at your inspiration picture there is very little wall space and a lot of white and the inspiration sofa is lighter than yours. I do like the idea if a beige rug. I don't recommend an accent wall and I would paint the angled part of the wall that is painted brown now. When you start thinking accessories I would do a combo of green as well as yellow.
