Sink Size for My Master Bathroom

I am remodeling my master bath. My counter will be very long 135"!. It is 21" deep with a 24" cabinet beneath where new sinks will go. I don't know whether to go with a 19 x 12 3/8 Toto Sink or a 19 and 14 1/4 Duravit Starck 3 sink? Will there be enough space for my single hole Hans Grohe Metris S faucet?

I would make all the cabinets 24” deep and mostly drawers and as for sink I would probably do the toto .

I can't change the depth of my counter. So it seems even in a 24" depth counter you would put a 12 3/8 x 19 inch sink? I would have thought that would look too small. I have no eye for design!
