Installation of Wolf CSO and warming drawer

I am having a wall oven cabinet built for my Wolf CSO and warming drawer. The cabinet is 96 inches tall. I want the CSO and warming drawer to be at height that is easy to access without too much bending over. How high should the CSO be installed? I also want to see minimal cabinet space between the CSO and warming drawer. Thanks for your input!
