Height and depth of knee wall and electrical outlets question.

I have kitchen island with very similar requirements as the one pictured. I'd love to know the exact height of the knee wall in between the two surfaces and how you satisfied the electrical requirements for outlets. Any and all information would be greatly appreciated.
