I am in the beginning stages of my basement design, I need some help with layout specifically in front of the windows:

1500-1800 sq ft

What I need

Full bath roughed in already; double entrance to bathroom from each set of stairs; thinking of turning house starts 90 deg to the right giving the bathroom more space and not having the stairs walk directly down into wall.

Great room with built ins and TV

Workout room with treadmill/eliptical/cycle/abs machine and room to move around/stretch

Do not think I need a bedroom

Unfinished storage ara (on the left of basement with easy access from garage stairs)

Any general points/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
