I have recently bought a condo. My first home. The very dark kitchen has no windows. There is a foux skylight with two pendants hanging from it. Putting the light up into the top would not afford enough light for the kitchen. There is an ugly semi flush mount chandelier over the bar (counter top) facing the dining area. How should I address the lighting? I do have some decorator experience, but I have not clue as to addressing this issue. Please help. I am not at that location, but I will send a photo later.
