Our builder started to install the windows this week. I came out when he was about half way done to see them. Apparently, he did not install any sill pan, no flashing. Basically just tucked under the house wrap and used house wrap tape around them. That is it. They are very expensive windows (Marvin Integrity Ultrex) and I am very worried about moisture getting in and ruining them and the siding. Should I have him remove them all and reinstall them according to manufacturer's recommendations? It will cost a small fortune in labor, since he will charge me for it. I didn't think I needed to tell him to install the windows how the manufacturer recommended (which I think would be necessary for warranty purposes). Please help!
