I agree with nice floor guy - pick something that has some contrast, or at least two shades darker or lighter. It drives me nuts when I see beautiful kitchens will similar color floors - it almost always clashes.

I think the cabinets would stand out from the floor with any of these options, but perhaps not in a good way. People often choose White Oak to avoid red tones in their floor. I believe the White Oak might clash with the orange tone of your cabinets. Hickory looks like the better choice. Do they have a select Hickory? Both types of wood will have lighter and darker boards to an extent, which would allow the incorporation of other colors into your design.
With the darker options you need to consider whether you want the whole thing to be that dark.
