My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

How will the bed be delivered? Will the delivery people be able to assemble it? Will the delivery company take my old bed?

    Thanks for getting in touch, we'd be happy to assist you! The Palmer Bed is an extremely popular Handmade in the USA piece - excellent choice! This bed is delivered by our Free White Glove Delivery service - a team of 2 will bring it into your home and assemble it in your room of choice, and take away all packaging so you don't have to lift a finger! The service doesn't remove customers' existing furniture because of insurance liability issues. You can always try Craigslist or MoveLoot, both of which our customers often use!
