Paint Color for Office

This 1975 study needs to be updated! I tried living with the original wood on the walls, but I find my work space too dark. I had wall-to-wall woodwork in the adjoining family room, and I had it painted Benjamin Moore Shaker Beige. It is stunning! I am torn between a color like SW Denim or a warm grey. Any recommendations for this space?

- 10 years agoWell...I did it! I had the walls painted BM White Sand from the crown to the floor, and the shelves and doors are a fresh white. This airy new space is just what I needed to give my home work space a lift! Thanks for the inspiration, Houzz!
