Incredible beginners question from me...

2 years ago I stuck in the crotch of a Yucca some broms and...I cant remember if its Dragon fruit or those cuttings used to graft ball cactus on. Epiphyllum.

Its grown a large segment..rounded not flat. Is that always a Dragon fruit?
