Hi all. I bought this plumeria from a local nursery and can not get rid of this (I'm assuming they're bugs of some kind). It's in citrus mix with added perlite. I also use foliage pro for fertilizer. It's a healthy tree otherwise. Right now I've been spraying a mix of neem oil and nothing seems to work. Each new leaf gets that orange underneath. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Don't panic.It is plumeria rust.I have had it.It usually will clear it self up after leaves fall off.I wouldn't waist a whole lot of time and money on sprays.Try to keep leaves more dry.Place in a less humid place.Lots of info online if you want to look into more.At least you know what you have now

Best approach to handling rust is to catch it early. FYI for the upcoming season. You can use Bayer or equivalent types of anti fungal sprays without much risk of damage provided its not done during heat of the day or in full sun.
