Shower head height

I'm in the midst of a master shower remodel. The plumbing was raised to accommodate my 6'2" husband and a new Moen Velocity 2 in 1 showerhead. Unfortunately when mounted on the Waterhill S arm the showerhead is now so high I can't reach the lever to switch from rain to regular. I've tried to find a new arm but love the Waterhill. I need about 2-3 inches. Is there any fix short of ripping out the concrete board and redoing the plumbing?

I am considering adding the Opella swivel but the Moen Velocity already has a swivel so not sure how they will play together.
