I would go with a fixture like Fuller Pendant. Either option would be great but gives you two completely different types of light. The opal shade will give you more diffused light which you might like better so you can see your food. But the clear shade gives a little sparkle and is a nice complement to your island pendants. The geometric design of the shade also will tie into your tile backslash nicely.
