The gray or the white vanity work best with the floor tiles you have selected.

You said you have a small master bath so think about if you will prefer a white toilet bowl next to a gray or a white vanity.

Also, is there a bathtub or a shower stall and what will that surface tile be?

I like the grey and white would be really nice too.

They all look nice, so pick what you love most.

Grey - monotones will make the bathroom look larger.

I don't think it will look mismatched because you have so much white going on elsewhere.

Having said that, you may want to introduce a steel/metal cabinet! That would add even more interest while still coordinating beautifully with your gray/white color scheme.

Grey with brass hardware and faucet would be really lovely and classic.

Go bold with a smaller bathroom. First photo, it's lux looking. the other is neutral, what fun is that. :-)
