Where to buy Palm Trees?

I need to buy a queen palm but am not sure where I should go in the Phoenix area to buy one. I need to have them deliver and plant. I want one that has some size to it in order to fit into landscape. I know that queen palms are not the best but the house came with several already and I am not going to take them out. I just need one more to fill out an area. I know that Moon Valley will have some but they don't seem to have the best reputation (and I really don't like the hard sales). Any suggestions? I am in the Scottsdale area.

I got my palms from moon valley nursery as well as some other plants over time. All the plants I have gone from there have done well. They say that their queen palms do better in the heat than most. I am always skeptical of statements like this but they havent steered me wrong yet
