Hang curtain rods different heights in same room ?

I'm in process of redoing this room ~ dilemmas: to raise the existing rods, get new rods( tho I like these- others tell me they r outdated ;)), leave same, take off left Window & just have blinds only - curtain pics are before redo- am changing fabric to a navy print

I'd keep the rods the same height and leave the upper part of the arched window open and add some cut glass sun catchers for interest.

For those windows, you might consider wood blinds for your window treatments -- they come in a wide range or finishes as well as both real wood and faux wood.

What if I took the rod off the windows on the left side ( with the blinds) ?

I don't think you need those curtains behind the sofa. Would look much less cluttered without them, and they are not necessary. What did you do in the end?

No Curtains. Do solar tinting to reduce the heavy light and sun glare.
