Looking for Pleated Shades

I need to replace some cellular shades that have stopped functioning, Bought them cheap from Country Curtains 5 years ago. Big mistake! They never worked very well, and now they refuse to budge! I'd like to replace them with pleated shades with corded controls, but I'm not sure who to trust. Any recommendations from among the online businesses?
