My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    no, I did not use brown flax. The plants around the spa above are Eugenia 'Teenie Genie' with 'Little Ollie' olives at the corners, to be shaped into balls. In the distance on the upper left of the photo is a Penisetum rubrum grass.
