My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I had a good trade with SCOTT. He sent a bunch of seed, well protected. He even included extra of one kind because he found out it might be good for a project I'm working on. Good communication, made sure I'd be happy with our trade. I'd trade with him again.
