When i was running my "seep wall"in the shadehouse I used silicone with no problems . Does have a long drying time 24 hours before waterproof .

i had problems with liquid nails letting go often in a short time . good luck gary

I don't use glue but I know other growers who use low temperature hot glue. They won't have much of a problem outside if the occasionaL scorched pbulbs or finger tip. Everyone's low temperature is a little different.
