Is it okay to use Borax in warm or even cold water? Will it still work effectively? I have some bedding that I need to wash daily for my disabled child which includes some blankets that are supposed to only be washed in cold water. I was wondering if I dissolved the Borax in water first, then added it to the wash, would it work in the cold water wash? I really need the deodorizing properties of the Borax. I could use baking soda, but I thought Borax would be better.
