I can barely make out the names, but the one with the reddish brown tones (I believe is the Renaissance Rome) strikes me as a colour that will work VERY well with the espresso cabs in the kitchen. The orange/gold of the other product is not my cup of tea and very much out of fashion.

The Renaissance Rome will have a lower impact grain pattern as well. This is the "broad plank" European oak look that is very chic. The other pattern has a heavy, heavy grain and so much orange you will lose the "cool" palette in your home. You will get plenty of orange reflecting onto the walls. An entire home of it will be very powerful...possibly overwhelming.

If you like the orange tones (which are very much out of fashion at the moment) you will do well with it. If you like a cooler palette/more European chic the Renaissance Rome would be the way to go.
