My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Would you please let me know what you used for the deck? Is it cedar? Did you stain the deck? If so, would you please let me know what product you used and what color.

      If the decking material is wood plastic composite, then the color is not painted but added during the production. It won't fade and anti-UV ,antisplit.etc features.

      For our factory, we have Cedar/ Copper brown/ wood/Sandal wood/ Coffee/Grey/Dark grey/Mocha.etc
