My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      Yes they are with underfloor heating in the main traffic areas - you know how cold it can get in California!

      How has this floor held up? How is it to use ... Stand on during prep and cooking time, doing dishes, etc? Any feedback on concrete floor would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!

      I'll get the owner, Karen, to answer your questions as she's the one using it on a daily basis. In the meantime I can say that she's really happy it and I'm not aware of anything negative that she would change about it.

      This is obviously a black stain... right? I've seen others that call themselves black, but they have a lot of brown hues. The floors look more taupe! What brand stain did you use?
