My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

My high ceilings

Perhaps I should have asked if a longer chain and wire could be provided to hang these lights at a proper height over a dining room table and a kitchen island. The ceiling is app 16' to the underside of the beams above

    The chain is 40" long and the total hanging length of the light is 64". If you want it longer, you would have to change the wire and chain yourself. We can not do it here.
