We are getting ready to reside our 1980's Contemporary style house. Our style is modern, and we want a low maintenance product that doesn't break the bank. The simplest and cheapest choice is a simple boring vinyl clapboard. On the other end of the spectrum we could go crazy with cedar, and fiberboard, and stone veneer foundation. But we don't have a bottomless wallet. What can we do that is Modern, while staying true to the architectural style of this design, AND doesn't take funds away from other projects like kitchen and master sweet.
