My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Good day & Thank you for your question!

    The two trees you see in this photo are Chanticleer Pears (Pyrus calleryana 'Chanticleer'). They are very columnar and work well in tight spaces & near homes. They bloom white in the spring and have very small green berries in the fall that the birds like. They are not messy like crabapples.

    Unfortunately, we only did the landscaping. I do not know what type of pool surface color it is.
