Fun isn't it? I often get more satisfaction doing a massive remodel than a new build. I can build a gorgeous new home, but taking a dung heap and transforming it into a palace makes me sooooo proud. Congrats on a job well done!

The cabinets are new, the color is cream white. My company LL Cool Homes specializes in high quality flips and often our transformations are beyond remarkable and totally gratifying!!

Nice remodel - love the grey quartz. I'm interested in why you opted for a freestanding stove rather stainless steel cooktop and built in oven though? Looks like the old oven was a double? Was it to increase the counter space?

Hi scooterpig - My company does high quality flips. That means, that while I do spend A LOT of $$ -- way more than many other flippers -- we can't do everything. All the appliances are new but if the new owners want something more expensive they will have to purchase it themselves.
