My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Thank you for the kind comments. The chandelier over the table is an indoor fixture being used outdoors. There are also two ceiling fans in the picture. You can find an interior close-up photo of this space on our website.

    Thank you for taking the time to answer my question. I live in a very humid area (near Mobile), not sure if an interior fixture would last long outdoors here. Love the way you used it!
