One a bit tall but not gigantic. You don't want to cover the art , especially on both side. An orchid, a bowl , a few books..all will work.

And consider moving them towards each other a bit. Seems like a lot of space between them

susan, I can see what you mean with just the one print. They're just so nice together...I'd have a hard time separating them.

Well you wanna showcase your paintings, so I would be consistent and add some horse sculptures from Pier 1. or Overstock.com. Lamps would make it look to busy. Some times less is better. When you add to many accessories, you're begging everyone to notice your console table. I would place colorful ceramic plates or vases there.

What great style you have assembled for your home. Love the look. I agree that the art needs to be mounted a bit lower to connect to the table visually. I suspect you have it at this height to place it best in the rays of the light. Is the ceiling light adjustable?

Not sure you need a buffet type lamp since you have the over head, but if you decide to proceed, I would recommend something minimal. One of these from RH is adjustable. That is sometimes quite helpful in these situations.

I think you could do well with just a white orchid and a glass or ceramic bowl or the buffet lamp and a container of grass. Lovely altar table. Not easy to find in that depth. Would you care to share where it came from?

@BeverlyFLADeziner I think you're right. Probably don't need lamps. Perhaps a centered white orchid and I like the sculptures in that last pic. I got the table from www.Ballarddesigns.com. The depth is only 12 inches and it's 81 inches long. Thanks for you help.

If you don't need light there I would suggest not placing lamps there. Once you move the art down, a tall sculpture on one side and perhaps a larger bowl a bit off center should be enough .
