    No, it is Kangaroo paw. It has a grassy-like leaf that grows to about 2ft high. the flowers grow taller, and bloom in either red or yellow. The Tiburon Hillside photo shows the red bloom in the middle of the photo, and the yellow bloom at the bottom.
