My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Where is the table from and what is the floor wood type, brand and color?

    I did not specify a brand for this project since the wood was ordered unfinished and to be finished on site. Brazilian walnut is the same as Ipe, but I usually say Brazilian walnut since some people associate Ipe with outdoor decking.

      Floors look to be an exotic such as merbeau,jarrah,IPE? Nice looking forsure.

      Table is from Room & Board. Floor is Brazilian Walnut with just a clear sealant.
