Hello,

PLease let me know whether the chain that is at the bottom of the seat also runs along the length of the swing underneath the seat.

The provided chain is six feet long which is enough to hang from the ceiling. It does not run along the length of the swing underneath the seat. The chain hooks only to the sides. Thank you for your interest in this porch swing.
