It's not as simple as is it correct.

You'd have to start from the beginning and tell us the design parameters, wants and needs lists, budget, what cabinet line was used , show a floor plan , ect...

I could have designed a kitchen for you that had no hinged doors, or no wall cabinets at all, or .. But , it may not appeal to you visually , or meet your storage requirements, or even your budget.

It's all about how the details work for you.

Can you adjust the hinges so they don't rub?

I always had full overlay doors in my kitchens, so probably learned to live with them. Now, I have uplifting doors for the uppers and nearly all drawers in the base cabs, so no more bangs. But probably that's not an option for you at this point.

Maybe you can find something that'll help you in this discussion.

I also have full overlay, if your hinges are Blum they sell a restrictor clip.

Wow. So glad I came across this. I'm planning my cabinet layout right now and I kind of clued in that one of my doors will be hitting the wall right next to it... but I didn't even pay attention to the other doors, especially the ones next to my range hood. Yikes.

I need to find restrictor clips for my bathroom cabinet doors. They do the same thing.

I ran into this problem with my frameless cabinets. I had a hard time finding restriction clips for non-Blum hinges, so ended up replacing with blum hinge, one for each side, with the clip. If you go this route, only one hinge on the offending door has to be replaced if the other hinges are similar.

Hmm. I have only 2 wall cabinets that have adjacent hinges (it is actually one large cab with 3 doors) and in the 2.5 years I have never opened both at once. They are frameless full overlay. So, I just went and tried it -- I can open both all the way at the same time, although the handles do touch. I wonder why mine work and others don't?
