My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Faucets

It says that if the backslash is broken or the faucets are broken they won't replaced? Is this true? Has this happened to anyone??

    If there is an issue with the faucets, please note that we carry replacement parts at our warehouse and are happy to provide them to resolve any problems.

    With regards to the backsplash, in the event of damages we are happy to send one complimentary replacement, however these are subject to availability. Also, due to the fragile nature of the backsplash, we cannot guarantee that the replacement will be delivered in good condition. With that said, we are more than happy to try!

    Overall, our damage/defect rate is less than 2%, so you can buy with confidence!
