My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Temporary vine while stephnotis grows

My thought is to plant the stephonotis for a permanent vine on this trellis. Past performance was pretty slow, so thought to add a temporary *semi annual( *annuals often continue on in so. Ca.) that I can easily remove later. Any thoughts or ideas? TIA :>)
