Move over, raw cookie dough...

We're eating raw brownies, instead. Since figuring out I feel better eating gluten free, sugar free, I've been hunting for dessert recipes that don't leave me feeling punished, sitting in the corner missing out on the "good stuff." I came across the therawtarian.com website and I think I hit the jackpot. Yumminess without guilt, and without feeling yucky after eating dessert. (Raw Brownie Recipe)

I'm not the only one in the family that likes this recipe. My ten year old son came home from helping Daddy haul firewood last night, saw that our replacement Blendtec blender cup had come in the mail (the old one had died under warranty and it took 10 loong days to get the new one to us in the Northeast...must be the planes out of Utah only fly West, or something) and he immediately wanted to make these brownies. With the frosting. He made them right then, even though it was nearly supper time. (I forget that it takes little people a lot longer to make things!) I feel bad he was late for supper, and I finished up the frosting so he could go eat, but, man, oh, man, it was worth his sacrifice, ; )

This is all that's left this morning (minus that little cut part that I rescued from falling over into the pan...and maybe a little other piece that came with it...and a small slice after that...)
