This home may have been modified from the original construction documents - it appears this customer expanded the kitchen area. Our Designers can modify our plans before we ship them out, or you can purchase plans and have a local architect or engineer make the desired changes!

I wondered because it looks like the Sagecrest plan that we had built -Randal Builders in Warner Robins Georgia - I love this plan - the only problem we have now is we did not build a designated pantry and we are having one added in the Family Studio - also the kitchen - family room area could use more light - kinda dark - maybe because we had the ceilings lowered. Otherwise, everything was exactly as the plan purchased. I will attach photos later.

Hi Susan! This home is the only version of the Sagecrest plan that we've received photos of so far. If new photos do come in, we'll get them posted to our website as quickly as possible!

Hi. We are just getting started building the Sagecrest. If you have more photos, I would love to see them! It's hard to visualize what it's really going to look like just by looking at the plans!

We just bought the house plans! How much was it to build per square foot? I noticed you all have some minor changes to the front details.
