Fruit Cocktail tree

This tree was put in ground about one year before I owned the property (2014).
It is supposed to be a "grafted fruit cocktail" with 5 types of fruit. Can anyone identify grafts on this tree? Or is this all root stock? It is a young tree so no fruits or flowers produced yet
