Kitchen color help

We are overhauling our kitchen and have chosen BM Simply White cabinets and trim with carrara marble countertops on left side and walnut countertops on right. The backsplash is white ceramic herringbone tile. My concern is finding a wall color that won't clash with the carrara but won't feel cold. Most of the colors I like are too yellow (ivory, cream, etc.) and will make the carrara look dirty. We are considering Gray Owl (too cold?), Edgecomb Gray and Old Prairie. Any opinions or other suggestions? Sorry I don't have photos - right now it's just an empty white room. It's a craftsman house, in case that's useful for envisioning... Thank you for any help!!

I have color sheets of most of those (just not Gray Owl). I love the look of Simply White with Edgecomb Gray. I also like it with Old Prairie, November Rain, and Ashwood. For a darker color, Doily looks nice, though I'm not sure how it would look with carrara. Ally's Earring also looks nice.

We have a lot of BM Elmira White in our house. We think it goes quite nicely with BM Dove White. I don't know about Simply White though... http://www.benjaminmoore.com/en-us/paint-color/elmirawhite

I have white cabinets, Carrara marble, white backsplash and a dark, maple island. The wall paint color I chose is called Roasted Garlic by Valspar although in our new home the builder had it color matched at Sherwin Williams. I think it looks great with my kitchen. I've attached the web site, but keep in mind it doesn't look so tan in real life.
