La-Z Boy Recliner

Hi - help pls! My husband is desperate for a recliner the large rocking kind (ugh). He wants to put it in this crowded den! I'm thinking of moving out the love seat to another room. Moving the small recliner to the side where the love seat was and putting the La-Z Boy where the love seat was. Do you think this will look ok? Should I get a fabric or leather recliner? What color would work? Thank you!

Hi, Sharon. I thought the same thing, but then realized Apex is the original poster.

Apex, I'd set up a separate "Design Dilemma" for the lighting problem. I think you'll get more responses that way.

You definitely have the right idea of where to put the rocking recliner. We have 2 of them in our family room. I would get a fabric recliner because when it is hot, your husband will stick to it and fabric is so much softer and kinder to the body. They have an array of fabrics and colors and a beige or light tan would work with your den and couch.

Hi - I recently had this RH chandelier installed. My family feels it's very small for our area so I was thinking of installing these 2 flushmounts one near the front door and one in the corridor.
What do you think? Too much bling?
Any advice would be great!!! Thank you so much!!!
