A different version of this was posted earlier. It was too specific.
My wife and I are looking to replace hardwood floors in a beach house. The wood appears to have had some water damage over the years. I am guessing leaks from outside that have been fixed and a dishwasher problem occurred.
We want to go with LVT or LVP. However, what brands would be best for our situation? Having read much of what's on here, it is difficult to know.
- some direct sunlight
- uneven floors (wood) including the rear of the house falling down some.
- removing hardwood will leave a 3/4" - 1" gap to rooms with carpet
- need waterproof not water resistant flooring
