My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Could you please tell me about the finish you used on the decking and coping?

    Hello,

    Thank you for your inquiry. The coping and deck is a colored concrete. Silversmoke was the color. Davis color is the manufacture. The coping is cast in place with a smooth trowel finish and the deck is a broom fish. When you use different textures with colors it gives you different tints.
